dudleya gone bad

Ι am not happy with my dudleya. Which was supposed to be the pearl of my collection, the only California native I have. It seems two hours of afternoon sun don't do any good :/
This is her, now (Yes, it's a girl):

It seems the bottom leaves are rotting, and generally, the leaves are getting thinner..

In case anyone was wondering how my succulents are doing, they have completely taken over my small balcony. It's official, I need a bigger balcony :P

 

 

I got myself 2 cool sempervivums, one of them has even flowered!

 

 

Also, my aeoniums are looking pretty good lately... I just hope we have a mild summer, so that I won't have any casualties..
